This HPD intercooler kit is designed for a Nissan Navara D22 ZD30 3ltr Turbo factory non-intercooled.
HPD designed this intercooler kit for one of the reason’s being that the factory turbocharger was know for failure of the front compressor wheel, which would end up in the engine resulting in major engine damage. HPD’s front mount intercooler kit also provides cooler air intake temperature’s helping keep exhaust gas temperature’s cooler resulting in better efficiency and the ability to enhance engine tuning.
If your looking to run larger turbocharger’s or push your torque and power further, then HPD has a series 2 intercooler with lager surface area helping with cooling even more. Here’s a LINK to the series 2 intercooler kit.

HPD 4WD intercooler kits are designed to give amazing performance, reliability, consistent and sustainable power. By reducing inlet temperatures you will also reduce engine running temperatures.
The comprehensive kit has been manufactured with careful research and development. Each kit is vehicle specific with a heat exchanger, alloy mandrel bent piping, quality silicone hoses and fittings.
Our Intercooler Kits are easy to install with basic workshop tools and backed by the HPD team who can help you at any step of the way. With our dealer network Australia wide, you guys that don’t like to get your hands dirty can have your kit installed by a qualified technician. Our front mounted intercoolers don’t suffer from heat soak from high under bonnet temperatures like top mounted intercoolers or water to air intercoolers which at low speed – hard slogging can increase inlet temperatures.
HPD intercooler kits suit all the leading aftermarket turbo kits that don’t have an option for intercooling, allowing you to increase the performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of your 4WD.
You will have to hole-saw a 55mmø hole in the bull bar mount for our pipework to fit through. Some of the model bull bars we have seen have a window already in the bar at this location. If you are concerned about the strength, you could put a gusset in the bar to strengthen it up after cutting the hole but we have fitted these kits with no problems.
